Approved concerts, real ticket requests, employee verification and Mystic Lake drawings. Access is restricted to authorized ProMed staff.

Staff sign-in

Use the personal or company email that has been assigned an admin/HR role in Supabase. Only staff accounts exist. Employees request tickets without passwords.

Newly announced shows start privately. Mark a show Eligible to display it, or Excluded if it is reserved for another purpose. Employees never see excluded shows.

Program activity

Requests and lottery entries are only recorded when their secure workflow is opened. No fabricated reservations are shown.

Approved concerts accept real ticket requests with no employee account. All requests stay pending until HR verifies people and confirms allocation.

Eligible / excluded concerts

Shows not marked eligible never appear on the employee site. Exclusions are private and can be made before a concert is announced to employees.

Seat requests and lotteries

Verify all named ProMed employees before confirming requests or drawing a Mystic Lake winner. The employee-first lottery favors verified groups of four over pairs; ties are random.
